The kitchen accessories department of the Wing On Department Stores has them. I’ve only been to the one at 345 Nathan Road in Kowloon. The houseware/cookware department is on the top floor.
You can also check any of the small household stores that dot the area. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at what I could find in these little shops . . . for great prices, too!
If this is for a baby bath, then you can buy baby bath thermometers in baby supply stores. You could always check the Toys R Us in Ocean Terminal Mall, a part of Harbour City Mall. It’s next to the Star Ferry Pier.
