What does the HH mean on a Pampered Chef digital thermometer?
I have a PC thermometer/timer that I love. We were frying a turkey and the display started showing an "HH" for the Probe temperature. Any suggestions on what may be wrong or how to reset it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Pulling up the PC thermometer makes me think the company that makes it is Polder. After finding the same one, but with the Polder name, I checked their manuals for all similar models. The link below is for a .pdf for one of them. At the bottom of the second page it says "If the thermometer/display unit reads "HI or LO" instead of the probe temperature while not reading cooking temperatures; it is likely the probe is damage and needs to be replaced" Other models use HH or LL for HI or LO. This leads me to believe either the batteries or the probe needs to be replaced.
