Has anyone used the basal thermometer as a means of tracking ovulation?
I purchased a digital basal thermometer for the purpose of tracking my ovulation date. When do I begin using the thermometer if my period began on 1/18? Thanks. Should I start when I wake up tomorrow morning? The instructions said it’s best to chart before getting out of bed.
