I have a turkey in today, almost 20 lbs. According to the cooking charts it should have taken 4 1/2 hours to cook but the pop up timer thingy went off at three hours (at 350 degrees). I don’t have a meat thermometer to check. How can I tell if it’s really done?

I am roasting a wild turkey (I'm told it cooks just like a store bought) and obviously it does not have a pop up timer. I also do not have a meat thermometer. Any ideas?? I guess I should say I don't know the weight exactly, I can only estimate.

I have a PC thermometer/timer that I love. We were frying a turkey and the display started showing an "HH" for the Probe temperature. Any suggestions on what may be wrong or how to reset it? Any help is greatly appreciated!
