			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t really want to turn on the oven or drag out the grill, but I love the idea of cooking in foil.<br />
If I make a foil packet with two sheets of heavy duty foil and place it on top of the gas burner, and keep it on low, wouldn&#8217;t that cook food just fine?<br />
I use a food thermometer to make sure temps are right.  Thanks.</p>
