Ive never used a thermometer in the over before, but i am cooking a turkey breast for my daughters birthday, and i want to make sure it is cooked throughly. Its a TruTemp Meat Dial Thermometer i picked up at a hardware store.

i am cooking a turkey right now and have no thermometer to check the internal temperature…how can i tell if it is done?
no matter i figured it out and by the way i made a perfect ass turkey!
