The recipe calls for 2 cups of cooked chicken, I am going to cook 1.67 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast to put into the casserole.  How long would you recommend baking them and at what temperature?  I do not have a meat thermometer and always have issues with under cooking or overcooking the meat.  Help!</p>
