How long should I cook venison for?
I killed me about a one-hundred pound doe for meat. I took the back-straps (tenderloins) out. I plan to put the meat in a pan with water on the bottom of it, season it and cover it with aluminum foil. I will probably set the oven on about 350 degrees. How long should i let [...]
