Okay… I’ve never cooked one before. Bought a NuWave oven (which is great) & thought I’d try a cornish game hen. Recipe seemed pretty simple – only problem is that apparently I was even simpler.

I’m developing film tomorrow in class and i forget to get a darkroom thermometer and all the photo stores are closed, would a kitchen one work, granted i don’t use it for food ever again?
