I don’t own a meat thermometer so I am relying on amount of time to let me know when the meat is thoroughly cooked. I know it’s harder to tell with pork than with beef or chicken.

grill?I don't have a meat thermometer,so do I let it grill for the same amount of time as you would if you were cooking it on the stove top or in the oven? P.S. It won't be to salty will it ?I've had it marinating since yesterday morning

I have a gas stove. I have checked the temperature with an oven thermometer and it registers correctly. If I bake foods on the center rack, the food burns to the bottom of the pan before it cooks for the minimum amount of time listed in the recipe. I never get a nice, lightly browned [...]
