Need help now! How long do i let this turkey cook?
I just put a butterball turkey (a small one, i think it’s turkey breast) in the oven at 6:31, i have a gas stove how long do i let it cook? It says to check its doneness with a thermometer but i don’t have one?
The bag doesn’t say anything about lbs. just that it should reach like 140 degrees and to check with a thermometer..but i don’t have one, can i poke it like i do with chicken?

You should use a Reynolds cooking bag. It will cut the cooking time in almost half. The turkey breast should reach, I believe 140 F when it is done. Check the package you took it out of, it should have directions.
