i need some ideas on making a solar cooking oven. it needs to make a hot dog and smores.?
im limited to these materials: aluminum foil, cardboard boxes, cardboard scraps, cooking bags, cooking thermometer, glue, insulating material, newspaper, oatmeal container, paper, pencils, plastic wrap, scissors, tape, and wire hanger. Thanks(:

we made them in 5th grade with a cardboard box, foil, and the hanger i think. we cut the top off of the box, lined the inside with foil, and then scewered the hot dogs and layed them accross the middle of it (holes on either side for the hanger). I dont remember how long we left it but it wasnt too long, the sun cooked our hotdogs thoug! I hope this is what you where looking for!
Oh and with smore im sure you could lay out the ghram crackers inside the bottom of the box, put a marshmellow on one and the chocolate on the other and let them sit in the sun too till the marshmellows hot and the chocolates melted
