I am cooking a turkey breast weight about 6lbs. I don’t have a meat thermometer?

I am cooking it according to the package 325 for 2- 2 1/2 hrs.
Its in a roasting bag but its not brown on the outside.
How do I know its done?
How do I get it brown on the outside?

  1. 20 Minutes before its done take it out the raosting bag then it will brown and get nice and crispy.
