How long should I cook my meatloaf?

My meatloaf is 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb ground pork, with breadcrumbs, tomato paste, onion, garlic and an egg. How long should I cook it for, and at what temp? I don’t have a meat thermometer, and my oven is pretty accurate.

  1. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160F.

    Please invest in a meat thermometer.
