How long and at what temperature do I cook an 11 lb. ham?

The directions on it say to cook it until the internal temp. is 150 degrees, but I don’t have a cooking thermometer. Help!! Also, do I just need to add water to the bottom of the pan, or is there anything else I should do?

  1. 2 hrs insert sharp knife into ham if juices are clear its done

    line pan with foil
    place ham on rack

if you dont have a rack crumple sheets of foil into balls
place ham into pan fat side up

    pour pineapple juice over ham
    sprinkle with brown sugar

    cover pan with foil

    bake @ 325 degrees f

    uncover after 2 hrs
    baste till cooked

buy a thermometer if you have
    or borrow one
    internal temp should be 160

  2. I do 20 minutes per lb plus 30 minutes at 180C and 20% of the cooking time for resting.

  3. ham is already cooked from smoking so all you have to do is warm it up
