How long and at what temperature do I cook an 11 lb. ham?
The directions on it say to cook it until the internal temp. is 150 degrees, but I don’t have a cooking thermometer. Help!! Also, do I just need to add water to the bottom of the pan, or is there anything else I should do?

I do 20 minutes per lb plus 30 minutes at 180C and 20% of the cooking time for resting.
ham is already cooked from smoking so all you have to do is warm it up
