digital thermometers?
I am a home cook who needs a good digital thermometer. I need a good one that can handle up to at least four hundred degrees because I fry with it. I looked online, but I couldnt find anything special. could someone knowledgable please give me an example for a good digital thermometer. I would also like it to have a timer. thank you.

Just go to your kitchen supply boutique. They will have a suitable thermometer.

For frying, I might suggest also having a non contact IR thermometer.
